It’s been 5 years since I have my small furniture enterprise. During this time, I had employed 10 persons. Mainly, products were done with orders. I could see that there was a demand on the market for serial production and I have been always thinking to open my shop but I was unable to find necessary funds. One day I was talking with my friend how to develop my business and he advised me to take business loan. I have carried out small market research, identified financial organization with acceptable conditions and finally took business loan at Capital Express. My expectations were met and today I successfully work.
In 2015, my daughter was enrolled at the Master’s Degree of Humboldt University of Berlin. She has done everything by herself and only thing we, parents, helped her was the tuition fee. Obviously, we automatically decided to invest in her study. Although part of the fee was financed by the university, the second part was significantly solid amount and our savings were not enough. Therefore, we have taken additional loan at Capital Express. The loan was for three years. While Nino was studying, I and my spouse were paying monthly payment. And after finishing her study and arriving back to Georgia, she begun to work and paid last part of loan.
It all started with the fact that after 8 years of renting apartment, I have calculated amount of money paid to the lessors and it became evident that mentioned money would be enough to buy new apartment and furnish it to my liking. The most rational step became evident for me. I have chosen an apartment, took mortgage loan at Capital Express and now I monthly pay money for my apartment that I was paying to lessors. Moreover, periodically I rent out one room at Airbnb and get additional income. Basically, it is my apartment and adjusted to my needs.
